I’ve now sent out emails to all of the winners of the ADHD Traits Flashcards – CONGRATS!
I will be shipping 15 cards this week! BUT I will be keeping the list of responses to hopefully send more free cards when business picks back up – the form is closed for you :).
I’ve given away hundreds of ADHD flashcards and will continue to support the community as best as I can.
How do I know if I have ADHD?
I’m sure we’ve all asked ourselves ‘How do I know if I have ADHD’ at some point! And we’ve probably had friends or family members ask us this question.
There’s not a simple answer when you’re first considering this. But I think I’ve struck the balance in my new YouTube video. As we all know, getting a formal diagnosis is not as easy for some!
