How does RSD affect people with ADHD?

It’s me again 🙂
Okay so I’ve been raising awareness about ADHD for over 3 years now. And A LOT of people have asked me to speak, write and answer their questions about RSD.
I’ve always shied away from it because it can be uncomfortable to think about and speak about given the emotional effect it has on me.
BUT.
